Earlier this month my brother and I made a post about developing an idea into a reality. This ‘idea’ is our endeavor to create a successful merchandising business together. Our goal with Swolled is to create a user friendly design and layout as well as build an active community that participates in the website’s features (revealed at a later date). This is an update on how things are moving along with Swolled – our business idea.

I mentioned in the first post that my brother and I looked at a few design companies and decided on Innate Media Group (IMG). We’ve been following Innate Media Group (IMG) for quite some time now (over 2 years) and believe that everything they have to offer is exactly what we’re looking for in a website. Innate Media Group is professional in how they handle their clients and they’re designs are simply beautiful, as you can take a look at their portfolio. They offer full design and layouts, identity (logo), coding, eCommerce packages, and much more.

These last few days my brother and I have been filling out their questionnaires (two questionnaire documents) required of clients before receiving a quote on the project. We’ve decided that Innate Media Group will create our design and layout (based on our descriptions), identity (logo), coding of the website, and possibly a fully managed web-hosting solution. Will Webb, the CEO and president of Innate Media Group informed me by email that he would call me (Gregg) today to talk about more specifics, details about the site, and a rough estimate about the overall price. Unfortunately, I missed his call because I had class so I called back but didn’t get through so I left a message.

My brother and I are very excited about the potential of our project and business. We’re 110% devoted to this and will give it everything we have in order to become successful. We have many marketing plans and features that we plan on using towards our benefit. “Success is the good fortune that comes from aspiration, desperation, perspiration and inspiration.” -Evan Esar. I ran across this quote at Life is Risky and believe that my brother and I posses every one of those qualities.
