Earlier this month my brother and I notified all of you about developing an idea into reality. We also posted about our plans for the design and layout of Swolled – our upcoming business project. In the design and layout post we mentioned that we were going to use Innate Media Group for everything – logo, design, coding, and possibly as our hosting provider. A few things got us discussing the future of our business and also a few things about Innate Media Group that was concerning the both of us. A long story short, we aren’t sure that we are going to do business with Innate Media Group. We have nothing against them, but we’re looking at other options and reevaluating where we need to go so that we have less or even no problems to encounter in the future.

As we were discussing other ideas and options we remembered a design company we came across on the internet a few years back. This company is 2Advanced and they are a very credible company. Their portfolio consists of past clients such as O’Neill, Ford, Lexus, Dakine, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Game Boy, T-Mobile, Wells Fargo Bank, and much more. We’ve filled out their contact form and sent a message to the sales department to find out more information on how they handle new clients and projects. We have yet to receive a reply and if we don’t receive one in the next day or two we will probably give them a call.

We believe that this is another great opportunity for us and that it was a good decision to delay the process with Innate Media Group. Innate Media Group also has an impressive portfolio, but we don’t want to cut our options short at this time. Hopefully we can get a price quote within the next week so we can compare the two design companies. If our decision lands with 2Advanced, we are willing and prepared to pay a premium price for the whole project. As a last resort, we will choose one of the businesses to do the logo and design only and go to a local designer and coder we know back home to finish the project. We will be sure to keep you updated on our progress with the design and layout progress with Swolled and any other updates as well.
